  •  A screening is done to unlock areas of muscle imbalances  to increase performance & reduce likelihood of injury.  
  • The print out &  exercises are reviewed after the 1st  month  with a progressive training program.  
  • Your time is maximized with a customized program When there are three or more “risk” factors a referral is made to a health care provider 
  • Once created,  progress is monitored using correct movement pattern /breathing techniques, technical instruction to help you visualize reaching a higher level of successes.
  •   Most important we have fun!
